Spotify crashed

For the last 3~5 days, spotify has been crashed, usually after playing 1 track. As you can see in the screenshot, the playlist is playing, but nothing is playing (I will clarify: after I went back to the application)

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

In this case, we'd suggest to start with the a clean reinstall of the app in the affected device to see if you notice any difference. By doing that the app can be up-to-date and you can make sure the cache is not leading to this inconvenience. You can see the steps for a clean reinstall here.

If the above doesn't do the trick, would you mind sending us the exact make/model and OS of your device along with the Spotify version you are currently running?

Lastly, is this happening over WiFi? 3G/4G? Both? Do you notice any difference if you switch the internet connection you're using? Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
