My Question or Issue

My spofity doesn't work offline. I downloaded 2 playlists which don't work offline, I tried deleting spofity then downloading it again and it still didn't work.

Thanks for posting in the Community.

First we have to make sure you've successfully activated the offline mode of the app. Here is how to do that. This is important. because only with this mode on you'll be able to play downloaded content. Was this the case on your end?

If yes, try performing a clean reinstall of the app and give it another go. Here is how to do this.
