App bug on Chromecast 4 HD

Hi Spotify Team,

There was a bug of Spotify app on Chromecast 4 HD. Please check the image: https://i.imgur.com/ec3Wqzt.jpg . The app view seemed to be larger than the screen size of TV, which let me neither browse content nor click any button.

I tried to flush the cache first, then uninstall and reinstall the app. But the issue was still unresolved. In addition, Spotify is the only malfunctioned app on my TV while others worked normally. Thank you very much.

- Android TV version: STTE.220920.012.H1 (Android 12)

Our tech team is aware of this behavior and is currently working on a fix. We advise you to keep your app up to date so you don't miss out on it. We can't tell you an exact timeframe for its implementation though.

It is fixed. Probably by a new version of googles webkit?
