I can navigate around the app, but when I press the play button, nothing happens. Spotify plays find on my laptop and my iPad, and when I look at the devices on my iPad it says my phone playback is "restricted." The only fix is uninstalling and reinstalling the app and I don't want to do that multiple times a day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As a first step, can you please make sure that the Spotify has access to both WiFi and mobile data and that it's set as an exception in any battery or memory optimizing services on your phone? The steps for this may vary between devices, so it's best to reach out to Google Support if you're having difficulties navigating around the menus.&lt;/P&gt;
