Spotify Queue Going Blank 2023

My Question or Issue

Whenever I pause my music for more than 5 minutes, the Spotify queue disappears and goes blank, even when I play a playlist. This has been going on basically all of January 2023, and it gets really annoying.

It appears based on that post that the problem has been fixed. Can you make sure your Spotify app is up to date?

If it's still broken, you may need to reinstall.

My Spotify is up to date, and I have already tried reinstalling it.

Hey @KaratePuppyEm,

Can you please also check your device settings and make sure that the Spotify app is set as an exception in any memory or battery optimizing services ? (for Samsung phones this would be Device care) Also, would it be possible to send us a screen recording of the issue, so we can forward it to the relevant team?
