Premian not working

Hi, I upgraded to Premium. I tried logging on and off several times but it hasn't worked. Tried installing several times as well and still doesn't work. What else can I try?

try deleting the app data of spotify.
for 4.0+ it is this way
Settings-> Application manager->Spotify->Clear data
as far as I remember it was this way for 2.3.6 and lower
Settings->Apps->Manage Apps->Spotify->Clear data

Depending on your language setting the names of the menu entries may differ.

Uninstalling an app deleted it's data, and the OP has uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times.
