Hey @danilo00,

Thanks for reaching out.

We've tested this on our end and the video plays fine. Can you please check your desktop app and make sure you have this symbol selected (in the lower left corner next to the episode title)? If not please try using a different internet connection by a different provider or ask someone else to log into their account on your device and check if they have the same issue.

Hello MihailY, thank you very much for your reply.

However, the podcast is not shown on my desktop or on the android app. Therefore I can not find the symbol you mentioned. Please find a above a screenshot, the message is in Italian and says: "Impossible to find the podcast"

Can you suggest anything else to solve this issue? I have tried with other video podcasts (e.g. the Joe Rogan one) and everything works fine.

Thanks for the info. This seems to be a matter of availability. Spotify would like to make all the world's music and podcasts available, but this availability can vary over time and between countries, depending on the permissions from rights holders.

On the other hand, new content is added to Spotify every day. If you can’t find something you’re looking for now, it may appear (or reappear) soon. Meanwhile you can try to reach the artists through their social media channels!
