My Question or Issue

I was listening to an album I had downloaded and my Spotify was set to offline when my app crashed. I opened it back up and it had logged me out. I tried to log back in both through Facebook and though email link, and each time it said "you're offline, check your connection" and wouldn't log me back in. I tried this both on wifi and 5G.
