Likes doesn't work, always use the like to save music, but in this moment does not work, I can't use the botton to like and dislike, it's Not my device

Plus moyen d'ajouter ou de supprimer un like. J'ai redémarré le téléphone, rien ne change. J'ai peur de perdre mes playlists si je desinstalle et reinstalle Spotify. Merci.

Could you give us a bit more info on the issue you're having? Does tapping the heart not save tracks in your Liked Songs playlist? A short screen recording which captures the app's behavior in action would be greatly appreciated - that way we can get a direct view of what's happening on your end and investigate further.

Some troubleshooting that's worth trying out is logging out from the app's Settings > Log out and signing back in twice in a row, as this triggers an internal refresh of the app that may help here. You can also perform a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article. Your library and your playlists won't be affected, so no worries there!

If possible, try logging in on another device (a friend's or a relative's would do) or on the Web Player to see if this behavior occurs there.

Ne t'inquiète pas, tes playlists sont sauvegardées en ligne, pas de risque de les perdres.
