&lt;P&gt;Is your account showing as premium on your&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/" target="_self"&gt;online overview&lt;/A&gt;?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If not, you are not logging into the account you are paying for. Its amazingly easy to accidentally have two accounts, once with a Spotify username and another via your Facebook details, so check all of the details you can think of! If you still can't find your premium account, get in touch with the customer services team directly using the &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/" target="_blank"&gt;online contact form&lt;/A&gt; and they will be able to assist you further.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Peter&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Upgraded to premium, have the receipt. Does not seem to be working, still have ads and still says to upgrade. I tried clicking upgrade again and it showed&amp;nbsp;I was already premium, I've tried everything I've found so far on this site and no dice. I've seen many similar posts. Various solutions. please help.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having the same problem. I just signed up for the 30-day trial and when I try to play my playlist it says "Only premium users can stream on demand on mobile" and when I click "get premium" it shows that I am subscribed to premium already. Very frustrating!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;What's the point of being on premium/premium 30 day trial if you only get to experience it like it's free??&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;One of the main reasons I upgraded was because I hate the ads and now I keep getting ads telling me to upgrade when I already have.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have also emailed the help team via the contact form but don't really see them getting back to me anytime soon... Grrrrr&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Having the same issues. Have installed on my iMac and on my Android HTC One X, paid the upgrade to premium (i even paid 2 months in advance...) And both Mac &amp;amp; Android apps keep on telling me to upgrade to premium service. Have uninstalled on both, logged off and on numerous times but nothing changes. Starting to get a bit annoyed...</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sometimes it can take a while for your subscription to sync across all devices. Also make sure you are using the correct log in details &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":winking_face:"&gt;😉&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried logging out and back in a few times on your android device?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Spotify have reported they are&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Announcements/Error-404-Message/td-p/201836" target="_self"&gt;having a few login issues&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;currently which might be contributing to this. If it doesn't start working after the current issue is fixed, then I would suggest you drop the customer services team a message using the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/" target="_self"&gt;online contact form&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and they will be able to look into it for you.&lt;/P&gt;
