I had just put on a song and started to increase the volume, and a message appeared saying that high volume is harmful to hearing and there was a safety way for that.. And there were two options to click, agree and cancel. And I accidentally clicked accept, and since then I can't change it, the volume only works up to half of what it should be. And it only happens on Spotify And in any other application or videos made by the cell phone, everything is normal, the volume works.. has this happened to anyone?

Could you let us know on what device are you experiencing this? Also, could you send us the exact make/model, operating system and Spotify version of it?

We'd also like to know if this happened when you were streaming directly on your device or if you were using headphones.
