Hey,

Spotify will stop playing after 1 to let's say 30 seconds after screen is locked.

Same is happening on my wife's S22 samsung. I have S20 samsung. It started months ago, I reinstalled the app, have it permissions it needed for sound... deleted memory nothing helps.

No point to have paid access on such app

This type of issue is commonly related to some damaged cache stored on the device from previous updates. We understand you’ve already tried some troubleshooting steps including reinstalling, but to be sure that we're on the same page - did you use the steps for a clean reinstall mentioned in this article?

If so and the issue persists, check if your phone has any SD card inserted and remove it. After this, restart the app and try again.

Also, would you mind checking with a different Wi-Fi network to see if it makes any difference? If you don't have another one available, you can use your data or a Wi-Fi hotspot to test it.

We'll be on the lookout.
