Bug reappears when the locale is Chinese.

Is this on all devices or only on specific one(s)? How does it look on the webplayer?
Does this affect all content? Or is it only on Spotify created playlists?
When did this start happening?

1: The issue is present on all devices and remains the same on the web player.

2: It only occurs on playlists created by Spotify.

3: recently discovered.
