&lt;P&gt;Local files on Spotify can only be played on the devices that they are stored on - Computer or mobile phone/ table.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Local files can't be played over WiFi (Wlan) to your speakers. Bluetooth connection will work, as the music is essentially being streamed from your phone or PC and not from the speaker itself, which is what happens when you play music over WiFi with Spotify Connect.&lt;/P&gt;
