As a first step, can you please let us know what happens when you try to log in? Are you getting any error messages? If yes, please send us a few screenshots or a short video of how things look on your end.

Same issue for me, I attempt to log in but the Android tv app only shows a gibberish account and Im stuck on that screen basically. I have tried reinstalling the app but no luck.

Can you check in your TV's settings if there are any available firmware updates and install those?

If the issue continues after that please let us know the following:

Your TV brand and and firmware version, if you can find it.
When did this first happen.

I am on an Nvidia shield with the latest updates applied (Shield Android tv 9.1.1). It started happening one week ago on the 4th. Casting Spotify has also stopped working since then, it only shows a black screen. Other apps can cast fine.

Hi, Same issue on Nvidia Shield TV. I've tried clearing all the data, cache, and reinstalled spotify app multiple times. I cannot get past this "Who's listening" screen.

If I cast from my phone to the Shield, it will play the song for 2 seconds and then disconnect automatically. Started happening a week ago.

Having the exact same issue, also on Nvidia Shield. Have the latest updates on it and Spotify refuses to go past the "Who's listening?" screen.

Does anyone have updates on this? Same issue on Nvidia and Samsung TV but ok on phone.
