My Question or Issue

I am having miltiple issues using groups sessions. I have tried reinstalling spotify and multiple devices when my screen broke and phone was in the shop. Problems persist and varry from day to day.

1. Can join group session but as soon as I do it pauses the session. When I press play it imediately drops me.

2. Drops me from session after half an hour or so, it appears I am still in session but friend sees im gone. I can not leave session "failed to leave group session" and have to close the app.

3. When i am in group session I cannot queue, I can add songs to the queue but when they hit the top they dissapear.

These problems started months ago but seem to be getting more and more common.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

Just to confirm, do these issues happen across multiple devices or only on your phone? Additionally, does this happen in group sessions with more than one user?

On another note, you mentioned that you've already reinstalled the app, but would you mind going through the steps of a clean reinstall, as it's more thorough than a normal one?

If this doesn't do the trick, could you let us know if this happens with remote group sessions or when you're using a speaker?

We'll be on the lookout.
