Music quality taking forever to load

My Question or Issue

Both myself and the Mrs have been having this for a long time now. We can get in our cars and play whatever song/album/playlist we want, all is already downloaded too.

But it will take ages for the song to "fully load in" what I mean is the quality and sound level won't be fully there and it takes ages for it load in. Can he anything from a few minutes, to half an hour or not at all.

The music won't sound right, then when it does eventually load in it'll become as loud as it should be, be songs will become clearer and the bass will be as it should be.

This happens with all tracks, whether they're downloaded or not. We both have Google Pixel 6 running Android 13 but we've had this issue on older versions and older phones. We're both on different plans/accounts. Mine being a personal, hers on a family plan.

Does anyone else have these issues?
