&lt;P&gt;In case the above steps don't help, we'd recommend that you make sure you've set up Chromecast correctly and that all the devices are connected to the same network.&lt;/P&gt;

Taking that into account, to check if it can be related to the network connection, we'd recommend trying with a different Wi-Fi connection to see if it makes any difference. If you don't have another one available, you can use a mobile data hotspot to test it out.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We'll be on the lookout.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
