Spotify while streaming to another device is not displaying correctly.

My Question or Issue

When i stream Spotify music from my phone to another device (mostly my PC) the playback usually does not work and i almost always have to restart my app before it works properly. If i hit the skip button, it will play the songs my phone was previously playing, not what my pc was playing. Same with some other functions as well as the music player crashing occasionally.

Thanks for posting in the Community.

Could you perform a clean reinstall of the Spotify app on all the devices as described here? This way we can make sure you have a fresh installation of the app.

If the issue persists, could you try using a different account to reproduce it? How did that go?

Also try a different network connection, e.g. a hot spot from your phone.

I had not tried any of these and dont see why i would have to do one or all of those every time Spotify wasnt working. I find it highly inconvenient.
