I have no control of spotify from lock screen on pixel 6 after recent update. I've checked all settings for lock screen display and spotify notifications, all are toggled on. Not sure what else to do.

This type of issue is commonly related to some damaged cache stored on your device. In this case, we'd first recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article.

If the issue persists, would you mind checking on a different device (using your own account) to see if it makes any difference? If you don't have another one available, you can borrow one from a friend or family member to test it out. This will give us a better look at the issue.

Hi OscarDC,

I've found my isssue was a control listed as Show media on lock screen listed under sound and vibration needed to be enabled. I'm not sure how it ended up off because I never did it, but it's working as it should again.
