spotify solo reproduce contenido con la pantalla encendida en android

Me pasa como a la mayoría... Uso auriculares Bluetooth, pongo a reproducir una canción y en cierto tiempo se corta el audio y la canción sigue reproduciéndose pero sin sonido. No es un tiempo en específico, pueden pasar 3 minutos escuchándose bien y se corta o tal vez pasan 10 y se corta. Tampoco es el sonido del teléfono en general porque en otras apps se escucha bien ni tampoco del telefono ya que lo formatee y sigue dando ese fallo

Just to confirm, is this happening when you're listening to music through Bluetooth/Connect or when you're streaming directly on your phone?

In the meantime, we'd suggest that you to log out > restart your device > log back in.

It is also a good idea to clear cached files by following the steps here and check your battery saving features.

In case the issue persist, would you mind posting a quick video of your experience? This way we can get a clear idea of how things look on your end. You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. If the attachment is too big - we'd suggest that you upload it to Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to see it).
