Hello, the application for Android (I have it on my phone and on my tablet) only plays mono, switching between mono and back has no effect, and I have the paid version

Could you check the sound output settings of the device as well?

Does this happen with a specific song or with all the content you try to play?

Also check if the issue persists with a different account on your device and with your account on a different mobile device.

hello , all the songs do it, the sound settings are fine, when I play the songs on the PC, it's stereo, the android app on the mobile and tablet plays mono

Could you please send us couple of tracks on which you've noticed this behavior?

In addition, would you mind posting a quick video of your experience on your Android device, so we could hear the difference? This way we can get a clear idea of what's happening on your end. You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. If the attachment is too big - we'd suggest that you upload it to Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to see it).
