About a month and a half ago, we moved from Germany to Israel. Since then, I have been unable to connect to the Spotify app on my phone. I can connect to it on my computer, and even to the browser on my phone, but I can't access the app. It shows me an error message saying "Something went wrong" and to try again. This has been going on for about a month and a half. I have spoken to technical support, but they have not been able to solve the issue. I have updated my location on my account. What can I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It's possible that there is some corrupted app cache causing these issues. Can you perform a full clean reinstall of the app, following this &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;guide?&lt;/A&gt; This will ensure that all app files are removed, before reinstalling the app. Next, restart your phone.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After that go into the Spotify app settings on your phone and make sure that the data saver is switched off and that there are no battery optimization functions enabled.&lt;/P&gt;
