My Question or Issue

Recently my Android widget stopped working, however I was using it without any problems since few years. Instead of standard navigation there's two buttons that I can't click. Reinstalling app with removing all data and numerous rebooting of device didn't work either. Any ideas how to fix it?

We can confirm that the widget on Android devices has been upgraded. You can check this post from one of our stars to know more about it. In this case, we suggest that you use the new widget instead of the old one to avoid any issues.
