My Question or Issue

Hello, thank you for reading my issue. I am experiencing a problem for almost a year. That said problem occurs randomly, whenever a playlist is played or individual songs in smart shuffle mode. Sometimes everything goes fine and dandy, then in some instances the volume of my phone goes all the way up in the start of a song. I have clean uninstalled the app numerous times and a factory reset is not possible in this given time. Is there any possibility of fixing it?

Thanks for reaching out. Consider checking if Volume Normalization is active in the app settings. If it is, turn it off and see if the issue still happens.
