You'll need to resynch any offline playlists once you're done but it will eliminate several possibilities and make it easier to troubleshoot. Samsung GT-I8730 mobile device it crashes a lot.</P> <P>This happens when I start a offline playlist and then start any other app, like Whatsapp, Candy Crush or whatever.</P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P>Sometimes it directly stops and sometimes it stops after a couple of minutes.</P> <P>In the previous version of Spotify this didn't happen.
