&lt;P&gt;On another note, you mentioned that you've already reinstalled the app, but would you mind going through the steps of a&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;clean reinstall&lt;/A&gt;, as it's more thorough than a normal one?&lt;/P&gt;

One week later any time I open the app it just gets stuck permanently loading, I can't open my playlists or even search for music.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I already tried restarting my phone, deleting the cache and reinstalling the App, all to no avail. When I install the app from the google play store it takes a long time to install and when it finally does it shuts my device down.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In my other devices I don't seem to have the same problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
