Album covers not loading while scrolling

So while scrolling album covers are not loading and the ones that are there disappear when they get out of the screen

I attached two pictures that show what i am talking about

The pictures with album covers missing are the ones where i have my finger on the screen

This type of issue, when the album cover is loading well, is commonly related to some damaged cache stored on your device. In this case, we'd first recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article.

If the issue persists, would you mind checking with a different Wi-Fi network or mobile data to see if it makes any difference?

Lastly, and if the issue persists, include in your next response the Spotify version you're currently running to continue investigating the case.

Tried the full reinstall of the app and it didnt work, switching to a different wifi or mobile date didnt do anything

The version im using is 8.8.82.634

Would you mind taking a look if any battery optimization settings might be affecting your app?
Open this article from Samsung and please check the sections under Android 13 and Android 11. Go over the listed steps and see if anything makes a difference.

Should the issue persist, if possible, we'd like you to use someone else's account (or a new free test account) to log in to your app. Your issue could either be account-related (in case the new account works without issues), or device-related, should the issue persist across multiple accounts on the same phone.
