Spotify Premium on Android - Playback has background noise constantly! (Not happy)

OK, Ive had Spotify Premium for a few months now, and it has been great ..... Until now!

So now, whenever I play music on my phone, there is a constant crackling noise in the background. I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, no luck.

Any potential solutions to the problem would be good, as I feel like I am paying for the service, and as I said when I started. up until now the service has been great!

I look forward to any feedback.

Have you tried different headphones or using the phone speaker?

I tend to find this when my headphones have a loose connection in them.

Hi Peter,

Yes I have tried multiple headphones, including my $400 Beats headphones, all with the same result. And as I said, if I play just my normal music on my phone, its fine, no problems, it's only Spotify that has the sound problems.

I seem to recall some issues with folk running the beats app. If you are using it, could you try disabling it to see it that helps?
