Volume ducks randomly on wired streamers

My Question or Issue

When wired devices have been selected and playing, the volume may randomly reduce in level, or may briefly stop and restart. At this point the phone is not involved. I have a 1.5 gbps optical internet connection that works perfectly. This happens with all the streamers.
