Hey @HS18,

Welcome to the Community and thank you for the extensive troubleshooting that you've tried.

Are you seeing "No internet connection available" message while the app is connected to mobile data? Is there an error message when you're connected to Wi-Fi?

In the meantime, we'd suggest that you try a clean uninstall of the app and install it again but this time - download it over mobile data. This may sound like an overlooked step, but it can be helpful in cases like yours. You've mentioned that you've tried reinstalling before, but we've seen cases where offline while "on mobile data" get resolved this way.

On another note, it's also worth creating a free account for testing purposes and try to see if you'll experience the same. This will help us understand if the issue is related to your account only or not.

Let us know how things work out, we'll be keeping an eye out for your reply.

Plan

Premium

Country

Canada

Device

Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G

Hello,

For days now, my Spotify refuses to play undownloaded music and won't connect to the internet despite the fact my connection is fine and all other apps work. This is the case for both wifi and data. I have checked for app and phone updates, cleared my cache, and even reinstalled the Spotify app, which only made things worse as I've lost my downloads and now can't play anything. How can I fix this? Otherwise there's no point in paying for an app that doesn't work.

Thank you,

My Question or Issue
