&lt;P&gt;Does the issue persist on another device? When did you notice that Now Playing was not showing the correct Cover Art? By any chance, are you using an SD-card?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you haven't already we also suggest a clean reinstall of the app, as it's different than a quick reinstall and can help resolve issues with Spotify's performance.
