Audiobooks in the queue don't start at the beginning?

My Question or Issue

My toddler likes to listen to audiobooks on repeat (the Gruffalo and gruffalos child are example of where this is happening). You can't 'loop' an audio book but you can add them to a queue so I play the book then add it to the queue multiple times.

However, it will play through the first time but then when it starts again it will start at a random point in the book. There seems to be no logic for how far in it starts - earlier today it kept restarting about 45 seconds before the end of the book! Yesterday it was about 2 minutes in.

Any solve or alternative way of listening to a book on repeat would be appreciated!

Thanks for reaching out on the Community! We just came across your post, apologies for the late reply.

Just to check, does clearing stored cache make any difference? Once it's done, try logging out and back in again. This action will resync your account info.

Shouldn't that do the trick, can you let us know what version of the operating system you're currently running, along with the Spotify version?

Also, did you notice if this started happening at any specific point? For example, after an update to the OS or the app?
