&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists, it might be caused by an issue with your device's cache. Usually that can be solved by performing a clean reinstall of the app with the steps &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;. This will also ensure that you're running the latest app version.&lt;/P&gt;

It's not a hardware error, if I sign in with a different account on the same phone, the device list appears and playback works.
