My Question or Issue

I got premium recently and I have lots of downloaded albums , when I go offline and go to Spotify most times the downloaded albums don't load and it keeps loading and says there is an error, I have tried everything clear cache, updating app , offline mode , deleting the app and redownloading all my music . Nothing works please help

Awesome troubleshooting! Kudos for the steps you've followed so far. We'd recommend double-checking if you have enough storage space on your device. Your device needs to have at least 1GB of free storage in order for Spotify to function correctly.

On another note and just to confirm, do you use any cache-clearing or task-killing apps? Take into account that these apps can affect the performance of the app. If yes, we'd suggest trying not to use them to see if you notice any changes in this behavior.

If you have downloaded content from older devices you're not using anymore, we'd recommend deleting it to make space for new devices by following the steps mentioned in this article.

Lastly, we'd like to know, is there an external SD card installed on your device? If so, remove it and reinstall the app in the internal memory of your device. Make sure to use the app without inserting the SD card again.
