Ghost Folders on Android

I have an "Audioslave" ghost folder that is showing on my Android version of Spotify, which does not show up in the desktop version. All my music (which is categorized alphabetically) that shows up after Audioslave (which means, most of it) is stuck in that ghost folder. This is making the Android experience extremely difficult to deal with. I can't rearrange folders in the Android version, and the ghost folder doesn't show up in the desktop version (Windows). Help!

Also, any ETA on bluetooth data pushing in vehicles? Right now I'm stuck with "no data" when using Spotify.
