Eliminate an artist from the home page

I open spotify and constaly a podcast is suggested in my home page.
Moreover, apparently this author starts automatically added in my song list.
How can I eliminate this suggestion from my home page and how can I stop it to be in my queue?

I'm afraid it's not currently possible to remove suggestions from your Home page, but here's a live idea about this which you may find interesting, so feel free to check it out and show your support by giving it a thumbs up.

As for the podcast playing in between your songs, it's possible that there are some leftover episodes in the queue from a previous listening session. You can remove those via the Clear queue button.
