I don't have Spotify Canvas on my phone. It used to work normally, but now I don't have and can't see an option in settings to enable it. How to deal with this problem? I have the latest app update

Thanks for reaching out. Please try performing a clean reinstall of the app. If the issue persists, could you please provide us the following:

The exact makes, models and OS/Firmware versions of all your affected devices
The exact Spotify Versions you use.
When did this start happening?

I'm not the original poster but I have the same problem. I have a Samaung S23 Ultra running android 13 and one ui 5.1, spotify version 8.8.36.522. The option has never existed for me since I started using this phone.

Hey there @BeastlyBonsai,

The following Settings could be stopping Canvas from working on your phone, so check them out and make sure:

Data Saver is OFF
Under Playback, Canvas should be ON
Try to restart the app and log out/in twice in a row.

Well, I was using Spotify, then in 2 weeks I bought Premium and now I see no canvas!
