Android Radio stuck on weird screen

My Question or Issue

Usually when I play music, I get a screen with actual visible buttons. But all of a sudden, I get a HUGE image that goes over the buttons and because of that, my Spotify is now stuck on repeat. I tried and tried to get out of it, but nothing works. I don't know how it got this way but I'm unable to use Spotify as is.

I don't even want to see an image of a song in the first place, let alone this way. Anyone know how to fix this?

I can go back to the front page, but as soon as I press the miniature symbol on the bottom left to show the song and change to the next song, I get this. This problem started about 2 weeks ago. It was never an issue.
