Could you tell us more details about your issue? Does it happen with the app open and in focus or only when it's playing in the background?
And to see if this is device- or account-related, could you check if the same behaviour will persist if somebody else logs themselves in with their account on your device and vice-versa? Alternatively you could create a new free account for testing purposes 🙂

As soon as we know more about this we'll gladly take a further look at what can be done here 🙌🏼

music playlist after student subscription

i have subscribe student plan but the music played can only be listen for the first 10 second. the rest is muted. then there are music that said could not be play.
