Hi, I have Family premium Abo and i created an Account for me and my daughter.but IT IS Not possible to listen to Spotify music on my mobile and on her Tablet simultaniously.

Welcome to the Community!

Accidentally logging into the same Spotify account on the app can cause issues with the performance, so to start please make sure you've downloaded only the Kids app on your daughter's tablet.

It's a good idea to log out from your own account everywhere from the Account Overview page here and to only be logged in on your device on the regular app. We also recommend logging out of your daughter's kids account and then only log into it on the Kids app on the tablet.

If the issue persists, it'd be great if you could send over some screenshots or a video recording so we can take a look. You can attach these to your next response by using the Insert Image or Insert Video options in the post editor. If the attachment is too big - we'd suggest that you upload it to Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to see it) or upload it as unlisted YouTube video.
