Podcast skipping backwards on bluetooth

My Question or Issue

15 Second Podcast forward skip going backwards when using Bluetooth controls on headphones (Skullcandy and ISOTunes) and from lock screen. Works when play bar is visible only. No issues with Car Bluetooth controls. Uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, logged out, logged in, no fix.
