Recently I saw an extra button on Instagram with a Spotify logo near a song

Recently I saw an extra button on Instagram with a Spotify logo near a song which I saved on Instagram, when I pressed that button that saved song from Instagram get added to my Spotify liked songs playlist. Is this a new feature of Spotify or Instagram? Does this affect the privacy of my Spotify account. ( If someone know what's happening please help me out)
