Can't close the app!

My Question or Issue

The app won't close, it keeps running in the background and drains battery. Even when I force quit it, the f***ing thing still keeps running! For instance, whenever i start a bluetooth device, Spotify starts playing, even after force stopping the app. It has no permissions. How can I fix this? It's slightly annoying to have to uninstall the app after each use.

Thanks for reaching out. When did this first start happening? If you haven't already, consider performing a clean reinstall, as this should return the app to it's usual state.

Reinstall does not work.
my Spotify has been doing the same thing. And I’ll randomly reconnect when I am using the blue tooth function even after a force closure. It will play during a phone call I will have to hang up. Because imtgere will be no way to turn the music off when there is no open screen to do so. Sometime it will show on the locked screen sometimes it will not. I have an iPhone 14 iOS 18.1.1
