Thanks for reaching out. Could you please provide us the following:

Is this on all devices or only on this one? If you haven't tested other devices, please do so.
When did this start happening?
If you restart the device more times, does that fix the issue?
If you do a full clean reinstall, does the app start working again? Does restarting after that cause crashes again?

I resetted my phone and it works now.
