offline mode doesnt work

When i have the offline mode on and i try to open an album or a playlist is has infinite buffering and wont open. If i open the album without online mode and then enable the offline mode it will play fine. I have the latest version, i have space, i cleared cache, i restarted but nothing worked. Additional problem: after i disable offline mode most or all of my offline listening history is gone.

Keep in mind that you need to download your content beforehand in order to be able to play it or open it when Offline mode is active. This way, the app won't be stuck buffering in search for an active internet connection, and your downloaded content should load and play correctly.

If the content is already downloaded but it's still not playing when Offline mode is active, you can try performing a clean reinstall of the app. Note that your downloads will be removed once you reinstall the app, so make sure to download everything again and let us know if the issue is still present. This can also help with the additional issue you mentioned.
