&lt;P&gt;Thanks for reaching out. There are several possibilities on what might be causing this. Try checking the following:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Check for any automated routines set on your device that might be causing this, such as Samsung's Bixby&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;If the headphones have some sort of app to go along with them, double check that and see if it's possible to alter the behaviour of the buttons&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Check your phone settings for any built in quick launch options for handsfree devices.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <title>My bluetooth headphones open Spotify immediately after pressing play button</title>

      <description>Every time I take my Bluetooth headphones out of the case, most of the time I accidentally press the play button, when this happens my Spotify app automatically opens and plays the last song played. Sometimes I'm in another app and I want to play/pause but even though I'm in another app, Spotify opens in the background and starts playing music. This is very frustrating on a daily basis.</description>
