Android Auto not able to switch between apps

Good morning . I have a problem with Spotify in my car. I have a Cupra Leon (2023) and use Android Auto (Google Pixel 8 Pro). As soon as I add Spotify to the app list in the Android Auto settings, I can no longer switch apps on Android Auto. I have already deleted all app data/caches and reinstalled Spotify. All updates are installed and I also reset the car itself to factory settings. Updates in the car are all there too

Thanks for reaching out and kudos for the troubleshooting you've already done.

As a first step, can you please send us a video of how things look on your end when the issue with the app switching occurs? If the file is too large to attach here, you can upload it to Google Drive (make sure to allow general access to the file) or as an unlisted YouTube video.

Also, if possible, try connecting with a different device by a friend or a family member to see if the issue persists and let us know the make and model.
