Are you able to see some of the local files in the Spotify app or none of them are visible?

Make sure you have the local files option enabled in the app settings and that the files are legally stored on your device. You can read more about how to manage the local files feature in this official support article.

I have had the same problem but on Android. I don't understand how it works and the methods used for iphone don't work on the android app!

Can someone help?
