Playlist reordering is sometimes ignored or impossible

When I modify a playlist to reorder the songs, after saving the order is sometimes not saved. I have to try several times before getting the order to be saved, the success of the operation is kind of random. Additionally, when editing the playlist, the "save" button remains sometimea inactive though I changed the order or description - again kind of randomly
Is it a known issue?

I haven't come across reports about this recently, so let's look into it. To begin with, we'd recommend clearing the app's cache by going to Settings > Storage > Clear cache. Then restart the app and check if that makes a difference. If it doesn't, it's best to perform a clean reinstall of the app by following these steps. No worries, you won't lose any content, but you might need to download your offline music again if you have Premium.

If nothing helps, could you check if you have the same issue from a different device and the Web Player?

Lastly, would you mind sending us screenshots or a video recording of this behavior? You can attach it in your next reply in mp4 format, or you can also upload it to YouTube or Google Drive and make it public, so we can visualize it.

We'll keep an eye out for your reply.

changes to playlists weren't saved

I worked two hours into editing my playlists and creating new playlists. They were saved until the point i went out of the app and the next moment i went back in, everything was back to point 0. Fix this!!
